While we are a dedicated Jaguar and Land Rover specialty shop , a solid working knowledge of all makes and models is required. Key Responsibilities Perform intermediate-to-advanced mechanical diagnostics, repairs, and preventative maintenance. Complete brake system overhauls, steering/suspension repairs, cooling system services, and drive-belt/timing components. Utilize diagnostic scan tools to pull fault codes, interpret live data, and assist in pinpointing electrical and drivability issues. Conduct comprehensive multi-point inspections (MPI) and clearly communicate needed repairs to the service advisor. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace while treating customer vehicles with care.

Qualifications & Requirements Experience:

3+ years of professional automotive repair experience as a general service tech.

Broad Knowledge Base:

Demonstrated ability to inspect, diagnose, and repair standard domestic, Asian, and European makes and models.

Specialty Aptitude:

Hands-on experience with Land Rover/Range Rover and Jaguar platforms is a strong plus; a willingness and ability to learn these platforms is mandatory.

Tools:

Must own a complete set of professional hand, air, and power tools suitable for a an auto technician.

Credentials:

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. ASE certifications or NYS Inspector license are a plus.

Pay:

$30.00 - $40.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
