Automotive Technician (A / B Tech) BMW of Southampton Southampton, NY Compensation range: $73K-$141K annually BMW of Southampton is seeking an experienced Upper-Level Technician (A or B) to join our service team. This role is ideal for a skilled technician who can handle advanced diagnostics and repairs in a fast-paced luxury dealership environment. Responsibilities Perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on BMW vehicles Accurately diagnose mechanical and electrical concerns Complete repairs efficiently while meeting BMW quality standards Work closely with service advisors to communicate findings and recommendations Maintain productivity and a clean, safe work area Qualifications A or B Level Technician experience required Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills BMW experience preferred (not required for the right candidate) Ability to work independently and produce quality work Valid driver's license NYS Inspection License a plus Benefits Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance 401(k) Retirement Plan Supplemental Insurance Paid Time Off Competitive flat-rate pay based on experience Steady workflow Schedule Full-time Tuesday - Saturday work week BMW of Southampton is an equal opportunity employer.
