Ford Express Lane Advisor - Watertown, NY

Ford Express Lane Advisor- Watertown NY Davidson Automotive Group is looking for a friendly and motivated Ford Express Lane Advisor to join our service team. In this role, you'll schedule technician work, order parts, and help ensure all jobs are completed on time, safely, and to a high standard while maintaining a clean and organized shop. We're looking for someone with basic knowledge of tires, alignments, exhaust, and other under-car repairs, along with basic math and computer skills. Strong organization, communication, and multitasking skills are important, and leadership experience is a plus. Workdays:

Monday - Friday Base salary of $750 per week

Responsibilities:

Providing Exceptional Customer Experience by enthusiastically greeting the customer. Ascertain automotive problems by listening to customer's description of symptoms, clarifying description of problems, conducting inspections, test drives, checking vehicle maintenance records, and examining service schedules. Verify warranty and service contract coverage by examining records and papers, explaining provisions and exclusions Assisting customers with the features and benefits of manufacturers recommended vehicle maintenance schedules Generating sales in store and over phone through effective communication with the customer

Required Skills:

Previous Automotive experience, preferred. Outgoing, enjoy helping people, and develop relationships easily. Detail oriented, process oriented, and proficient with current technology (computers, emails, smartphone and internet) Effective communication skills A multi-tasker that can provide great customer service. Must have valid drivers' license.
