Role:
Join our dynamic team at Watkins Glen Corning KOA Resort as a Food Service/Food Truck team member! This exciting role offers the chance to serve delicious BBQ in a vibrant outdoor setting, ensuring a memorable experience for our guests.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve a variety of food items from the food truck menu. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the food service area. Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met. Interact with guests to provide excellent customer service. Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment. Collaborate with team members to enhance service efficiency. Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale system. Participate in food truck events and festivals as needed.
Requirements:
Previous experience in food service or food truck operations preferred. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed. Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. Food handler's certification is a plus.
