Duties Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues on used vehicles, including engines, transmissions, suspension systems, brakes, and electrical systems Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, wheel alignments, and fluid replacements to ensure optimal vehicle performance Utilize schematics and diagnostic tools to identify problems accurately and efficiently Repair or replace components such as shocks & struts, air brakes, ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems), and diesel engines with precision Conduct vehicle inspections to assess overall condition and recommend necessary repairs or maintenance services Use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and heavy-duty mechanics tools to complete repairs safely and effectively Maintain detailed service records and communicate findings clearly to customers or team members Skills Proven dealership experience or extensive background in automotive repair is highly preferred Strong mechanical knowledge across various automotive systems including powertrain, transmission, suspension, brakes, electrical systems, and diesel engines Proficiency with automotive diagnostics software and schematics for accurate troubleshooting Experience working with ADAS technology and auto body repair is a plus Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and specialized automotive repair tools Ability to read technical manuals and schematics to diagnose complex issues efficiently Excellent customer service skills with the ability to explain repairs clearly and professionally Knowledge of GM vehicles or heavy equipment mechanics is advantageous but not required Join us if you're passionate about automotive repair and eager to develop your skills in a vibrant environment dedicated to excellence.
