Technicians | Flat Rate | All Experience Levels Welcome UP TO $5,000 SIGN-ON BONUS! Based on experience level and qualifications. Conditions apply. RESPONSIBILITIES

Accurately diagnose vehicle problems and determine necessary repairs Tear down, repair, and reassemble vehicle components Complete repair orders in accordance with safety requirements, company policies, and published procedures Properly document parts, labor, and service times Road-test vehicles to ensure proper operation and repair quality Attend required training programs and department meetings Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Maintain regular and dependable attendance Perform other duties as assigned by management

REQUIREMENTS

Automotive technician experience preferred A, B, and C-level technicians encouraged to apply Relevant certifications and training preferred Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced service environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Reliable and dependable attendance Team-oriented attitude and strong work ethic Willingness to continue learning and developing technical skills
