Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Porsche Automotive Technician to join our dynamic team. In this energetic role, you will perform high-quality repairs and maintenance on Porsche vehicles, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction. Your technical proficiency and mechanical expertise will help uphold our reputation for excellence in automotive service. •Relocation packages available for applicable situations •$10k Sign-on bonus, paid out incrementally, beginning 90 days after start date
Schedule:
Full-time, 3 day rotating schedule : 7:30AM - 9:00PM (Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday for one month and then Thursday/Friday/Saturday for the next month) Duties Diagnose and repair complex vehicle systems using automotive diagnostic tools and schematics, including ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) and electrical systems Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid replacements to keep vehicles running smoothly Conduct vehicle suspension system repairs and wheel alignments to ensure proper handling and safety Repair powertrain components, transmissions, and diesel engines with precision and attention to detail Interpret automotive wiring diagrams accurately for electrical troubleshooting and repairs Use hand tools and power tools efficiently to complete repairs within established standards Maintain detailed service records, complete auto estimating tasks, and communicate repair findings clearly with customers Skills Proven dealership experience with a strong background in automotive diagnostics and repair Extensive knowledge of vehicle systems including powertrain, transmission, suspension, electrical wiring, and ADAS technology Proficiency in using automotive diagnostic tools and interpreting schematics for accurate troubleshooting Mechanical knowledge combined with hands-on experience working with hand tools and power tools Ability to perform vehicle maintenance tasks such as alignments, transmission repairs, diesel engine work, and electrical system diagnostics Excellent customer service skills to explain technical issues clearly and build trust with clients Service technician experience with auto estimating software is a plus Familiarity with GM vehicles is advantageous but not required Join us as a Porsche Automotive Technician where your expertise will drive excellence!
