Automotive Service Advisor Stelly Nissan of Yorktown Heights is looking for an experienced, motivated Automotive Service Advisor to join our growing service department. We are looking for an advisor who knows how to take care of customers, knows how to develop & build relationship with new and existing customer base. Sell needed maintenance and repairs, and work closely with technicians to keep the shop productive. What We Offer Competitive base pay plus performance-based compensation Team-based incentive tied to shop hours produced Strong earning potential as the department grows High-volume Nissan service opportunity Established customer base Large service facility Supportive fixed operations leadership Paid vacation Employee vehicle purchase and service benefits Opportunity for advancement as our automotive group continues to grow Responsibilities Greet customers and provide a professional service experience Listen to customer concerns and accurately document repair requests Prepare repair orders and communicate recommended maintenance and repairs Review technician findings and clearly explain recommendations to customers Obtain customer authorization and maintain communication throughout the repair process Sell maintenance and repair work ethically and effectively Coordinate with technicians, parts personnel, and management to keep vehicles moving through the shop Monitor repair-order progress and promised completion times Follow up with customers and help maintain strong CSI and retention Ensure repair orders are complete and accurate before closing What We're Looking For Automotive service advisor experience preferred Nissan or other franchised dealership experience is a plus Strong customer-service and communication skills Ability to confidently present maintenance and repair recommendations Organized and comfortable handling multiple customers and repair orders Team-oriented attitude Comfortable working in a fast-paced dealership environment Valid driver's license A Different Approach to Advisor Compensation We believe the service drive and shop should operate as one team .
