Front Counter Auto Service Advisor Overview:

Responsibilities:

• Provide a courteous, professional experience to customers
• Effectively communicate product features and benefits and recommend products and services to customers.
• Complete all point-of-sale functions as required using computer software for data entry, managing work orders and processing payments.
• Answer phones and schedule appointments
• Keep counter and work areas organized.
• Perform other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements:

This job operates in an automotive shop environment. The job will have exposure to a moderate noise level, adverse weather conditions, chemicals, odors, dirt and dust.

• Must be able to lift, carry and stock merchandise and supplies up to 50 lbs. without assistance
• Frequent standing and walking for long periods of time
• Frequent reaching overhead and below the knees, including squatting, bending, stooping, kneeling, twisting

Professional Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Business mentality with the drive to hit expected goals
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills
• All candidates are required to have a high school diploma or GED and possess a valid driver's license with a clean MVR history.
