Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Automotive Technician to join our dynamic service team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of vehicles with enthusiasm and precision. Your expertise will ensure that every vehicle leaving our shop meets the highest standards of safety, performance, and quality. Duties Perform comprehensive diagnostics using automotive diagnostic tools to identify issues accurately across various vehicle systems. Repair and maintain vehicles, including engines, transmissions, powertrain components, electrical systems. Utilize schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical problems efficiently. Conduct wheel alignments, ADAS calibrations, and suspension repairs to ensure optimal vehicle handling and safety. Use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and specialized automotive repair tools to complete repairs with precision. Inspect vehicles thoroughly to identify necessary maintenance or repairs, ensuring compliance with manufacturer specifications. Communicate clearly with customers about repair needs, estimated timelines, and maintenance recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction. Perform a multipoint inspection on every vehicle and include a mandatory inspection video with each inspection. Experience Proven dealership or service center experience as an automotive technician or mechanic. Strong knowledge of automotive electrical systems, powertrain components, transmissions, and diesel engine repair. Familiarity with automotive schematics, diagnostics software, and advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS). Hands-on experience with vehicle maintenance procedures such as oil changes, brake repairs, wheel alignments, and engine diagnostics. Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent customer service skills combined with a proactive approach to vehicle care.
