Hourly Pay. Not Commission-Only. Five-Day Work Week. Are you a people person who enjoys helping others and creating memorable customer experiences? We're looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to be the friendly face that welcomes customers, guides them through the vehicle shopping process, and ensures they leave excited about their new purchase. Here's what makes this different from a typical car sales job: You are paid hourly from day one — no commission-only, no draw against future earnings. After 90 days you become eligible for bonus on top of your hourly pay. You work a 5-day, 40-hour week with a set schedule, not bell-to-bell six days a week. In this role, you'll work closely with a Sales Manager and Team Leader to support the sales process by building relationships with customers, answering questions, demonstrating vehicles, coordinating test drives, and providing an outstanding delivery experience. No high-pressure selling required — the Sales Manager/Team Leader handles closing the sale. Your focus is on delivering exceptional service and creating a seamless, enjoyable customer experience. This is a great fit if you're coming from: retail, restaurant or food service, hotel and hospitality, call center or customer support, banking and teller work, or a front-desk/receptionist role. If you've spent your days taking care of people — on the phone, at a counter, or on a floor — you already have the hardest part of this job figured out. We'll teach you the rest. What You'll Do Welcome customers to the dealership and provide a warm, professional first impression. Assist customers in the showroom and on the lot while learning about their vehicle needs. Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, text, chat, and in person. Demonstrate vehicle features, technology, and safety systems. Coordinate and conduct test drives according to dealership procedures. Maintain accurate customer information in our CRM system. Support the Sales Manager and Team Leader throughout the purchasing process. Assist with vehicle appraisals and sales documentation. Deliver vehicles to customers and ensure they understand all features and technology. Introduce customers to our Service Department and Speedy Wash & Lube Center. Attend training sessions and stay current on new vehicle models and technology. What We're Looking For Outstanding customer service and communication skills. Friendly, outgoing personality with the ability to build rapport quickly. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Comfortable learning and explaining vehicle features and technology. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer skills and willingness to learn dealership software. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record. Pay, Schedule & Benefits Hourly pay from day one — no commission-only, no draw. Bonus eligible after 90 days , paid on top of your hourly wage. 5-day work week, 40 hours with a set schedule. Paid training — no automotive experience required.
