Duties Perform tire services such as mounting, balancing, rotation, and replacement to ensure optimal vehicle handling and safety Conduct oil changes and automotive fluid replacements using standard hand tools and power tools efficiently and accurately Assist with basic vehicle maintenance tasks including filter replacements, belt inspections, and minor mechanical repairs Diagnose simple automotive issues using diagnostic tools and mechanical knowledge to identify necessary repairs or services Support alignment procedures to improve vehicle stability and tire longevity Provide excellent customer service by explaining services performed and recommending additional maintenance when appropriate Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety standards during all service activities Experience Prior dealership or automotive repair shop experience is highly preferred Mechanic experience with hands-on work on standard passenger cars is advantageous Knowledge of automotive diagnostics, fluid replacement procedures, and basic mechanical repair techniques is essential Familiarity with the use of hand tools, power tools, and alignment equipment is beneficial Strong mechanical knowledge combined with excellent customer service skills is ideal Ability to lift heavy tires or vehicle parts safely and perform physical tasks efficiently Previous experience in automotive service or maintenance roles will help you succeed in this energetic environment

Pay:
