Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00
PM Pay:
$30.00 - $35.00 per hour (Based on Experience)

Immediate Opening About the Opportunity Our client is a small, family-owned and operated automotive dealership in Bluffton, OH, seeking an experienced Automotive Master Mechanic to join their team. Responsibilities Perform advanced diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on various vehicle systems. Diagnose and repair engine, transmission, electrical, HVAC, suspension, steering, and brake systems. Conduct vehicle inspections and recommend necessary repairs and maintenance. Utilize diagnostic equipment and service information systems to identify issues quickly and accurately. Complete repairs in accordance with manufacturer and dealership standards. Ensure quality workmanship and customer satisfaction on every repair. Maintain accurate repair orders and documentation. Communicate effectively with service advisors and management regarding repair status and recommendations. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. Mentor and assist less experienced technicians as needed. Qualifications Previous experience as a Master Automotive Technician is required. Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills. Ability to perform complex repairs independently. ASE Certifications are preferred. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to use computerized diagnostic tools and repair software. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Pay Details:
$30.00 to $35.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
