A-Level Technician:
ASE Certified (multiple areas), complex mechanical & electrical diagnostics, and major component repairs.Master Technician:
MasterASE / OEM
Certified, advanced drivability & electrical diagnostics, and heavy engine/transmission tear-downs.- Perform high-level vehicle diagnostic and repair work efficiently while maintaining safety and quality standards.

- High school diploma or
GED Preferred Education:
- Associate degree or completion of accredited Automotive Technology program
- Ongoing manufacturer-specific and factory training certifications
Required Experience:
- Minimum 5 years professional automotive repair experience
- ASE Certification and Manufacturer Certification
- Proven ability to diagnose and repair engine, transmission, suspension, brakes, and electrical systems
Preferred Experience:
- Dealership-level experience leading a shop or mentoring technicians
- Advanced diesel engine repair experience
- Multi-brand manufacturer certifications across domestic and import vehicles
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Maintain ASE certifications A1-A9 (Engine, Transmission, Drive Train, Suspension, Brakes, Electrical, HVAC, Engine Performance, Light Vehicle Diesel Engines)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to operate manual/automatic vehicles
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills

- Advanced computer diagnostic proficiency
- Exceptional customer satisfaction focus
- Strong teamwork orientation to support fellow technicians and service advisors in a fast-paced environment .
