    Core Repairs:
    Proven experience in steering & suspension, brake systems, air conditioning (HVAC), and general mechanical repairs.
      Diagnostics:
      Skill in light electrical troubleshooting and basic drivability diagnostics.
        Efficiency:
        Ability to perform quality work in a fast-paced environment while meeting flat-rate/turnaround targets.
          Safety & Standards:
          Maintain a safe, clean work station and execute thorough multi-point vehicle inspections.
          Requirements:
          • 2+ years of automotive service/repair experience (dealership or independent shop experience preferred).
          • Own set of basic hand tools and power tools appropriate for a B-Tech.
          • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
          • ASE certifications are a strong plus (we will pay for you to complete additional certifications!). Clear Career Growth & Tier Pathway We don't keep you stuck at B-Level. We provide clear criteria and paid training to help you level up:
          A-Level Tech Pathway:
          Earn ASE certifications, tackle complex mechanical/electrical diagnosis, and handle major component repairs.

                          Shop Environment:

                          Required Education:
                          • High school diploma or GED required.
                          • Ability to obtain and maintain required certifications, licenses, and manufacturer training.
                          Preferred Education:
                          • Certificate or Associate degree in Automotive Technology or Automotive Service.
                          • ASE certifications, manufacturer training, and ongoing technical education strongly preferred.
                          Required Experience:
                          • Experience diagnosing and repairing automotive mechanical, electrical, HVAC, drivetrain, brake, transmission, and engine performance systems.
                          • Valid driver's license meeting dealership insurability requirements.
                          Preferred Experience:
                          • Dealership or high-volume automotive service experience.
                          • ASE certifications in transmission, engine performance, HVAC, drivetrain, brakes, diesel diagnostics, CNG vehicles, and manufacturer-specific training preferred.
                          Required Skills and Abilities:
                          • Strong diagnostic, mechanical, and troubleshooting skills.
                          • Proficiency with scan tools, repair procedures, documentation, teamwork, and time management.
                          • Ability to obtain and maintain required certifications and a valid driver's license.
                          Preferred Skills and Abilities:
                          • ASE-certified expertise in automatic transmissions, engine performance, HVAC, manual drivetrain, brakes, diesel diagnostics, and alternative fuel vehicles.
                          • OEM repair knowledge, continuous learning, leadership, and customer-focused communication.
