Duties Perform comprehensive diagnostics using advanced automotive electrical systems, schematics, and diagnostic tools to identify issues accurately. Conduct repairs on various vehicle systems including powertrain, transmissions, diesel engines, and ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems). Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and specialized automotive repair equipment to complete repairs efficiently. Execute vehicle maintenance tasks such as oil changes, brake replacements, wheel alignments, and suspension work to ensure optimal vehicle performance. Interpret technical manuals and schematics to troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical problems effectively. Conduct vehicle inspections for safety and quality assurance, including wheel alignments and diagnostics for ADAS calibration. Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repair procedures clearly and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service process. Qualifications Proven dealership experience as an automotive technician with certification from an accredited program. Strong mechanical knowledge across various vehicle systems including powertrain, electrical systems, transmissions, and diesel engines. Hands-on experience with automotive diagnostics tools and schematics interpretation. Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other automotive maintenance tools. Familiarity with automotive electrical systems, ADAS calibration, wheel alignment procedures, and auto estimating software is preferred. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose complex issues efficiently. Customer service skills that foster trust and clear communication with clients.
