This role involves completing MPI inspections for service advisors including estimates and explanations, test driving vehicles with customers to evaluate noise or vibration concerns, diagnosing and repairing vehicles based on identified issues and approved estimates, performing post repair test drives to confirm resolution, identifying and documenting additional needed work, accurately completing all required documentation, staying current on manufacturer information recalls and training, and returning vehicles to proper locations clean and secured. Located in convenient Columbus OH at 4255 S Hamilton Rd with easy access via major roadways, enjoy quick commutes from surrounding central Ohio communities.
