Full Job Description Role Overview:
This position involves performing basic automotive services such as oil changes, tire rotations, alignments, and fluid flushes alongside ASE Certified Technicians. It offers training to advance to certified ASE Automotive Technician status, fostering career growth.
Responsibilities:
Safely transport customers and pick up parts and supplies using a company vehicle. Conduct vehicle safety and emission inspections per guidelines. Perform tire mounting, dismounting, balancing, and rotation services. Assist with oil changes and basic repairs under supervision. Monitor vehicle conditions, noting any repairs or safety concerns, and document findings. Maintain a clean work environment and adhere to safety procedures.
Qualifications & Skills:
Previous automotive experience preferred but not required; motivated individuals with a passion for cars are encouraged to apply. Valid driver's license with the ability to pass MVR and background checks. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, Monday through Saturday.
Physical & Working Conditions:
Must be able to stand, bend, lift up to 70 pounds, and work in varying environmental conditions with safety gear as needed. Accommodations are available for individuals with disabilities.
