Whether you're an experienced technician looking for your next opportunity or an aspiring technician eager to grow your skills, we'd love to meet you. Our service department is committed to providing exceptional customer service while giving our technicians the tools, training, and support they need to succeed. As an Automotive Service Technician, you will: Perform routine maintenance including oil changes, tire rotations, brake services, alignments, and inspections. Diagnose and repair Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram vehicles using manufacturer diagnostic equipment. Complete repairs on engines, transmissions, suspension, steering, electrical systems, HVAC systems, drivability concerns, and more. Perform factory recalls and warranty repairs. Conduct multi-point inspections and recommend necessary repairs. Maintain accurate repair documentation. Work closely with service advisors to ensure an outstanding customer experience. What We're Looking For Minimum of 2 years of professional automotive repair experience preferred. ASE Certifications are a plus but not required. CDJR/Stellantis dealership experience is preferred but not required. Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills. Ability to perform repairs efficiently while maintaining quality workmanship. Positive attitude and team-first mentality. Strong communication and organizational skills. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 60 pounds. Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and work in varying shop conditions throughout the day. Ability to safely operate shop equipment and diagnostic tools. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
