What You'll Do:
    Diagnose & Repair:
    You'll be the go-to expert for diagnosing and repairing a wide range of vehicles, from routine maintenance to complex mechanical issues. Your skills will be put to the test, and we know you'll rise to the challenge.
      Collaborate:
      Work side by side with other technicians and service advisors in a supportive, team-focused environment. We believe in helping each other out.
        Stay Sharp:
        You'll have access to ongoing training, the latest tools, so you can always stay ahead of the curve and keep your skills fresh.
          Customer Interaction:
          While you'll be working behind the scenes, you'll still play a key role in communicating with customers through our service advisors. You'll have the chance to explain repairs, offer advice, and be part of delivering top-notch customer service.
          What You Bring:
          • Proven experience as a Domestic automotive technician (minimum 5 years preferred).
          • ASE certification is a plus but not required.
          • Strong diagnostic ability, knowledge of automotive systems, and a passion for problem-solving.
          • Hunger to grow, learn, and reach your goals
          • Positive energy and a winner's mindset
          • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
          • Familiarity with Domestic vehicles but willingness to work on European, Asian, and other makes and models
