Position Overview Specialty RV is looking for an upbeat, knowledgeable, and customer-focused RV Walk-Around Technician to provide our customers with an exceptional final delivery experience. In this role, you will meet with customers after they purchase their RV and conduct a thorough walk-around of their new unit. You will demonstrate how the RV's features and systems work, answer questions, and address any concerns before the customer leaves the dealership. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with RV experience who enjoys working with people and is looking for a part-time or full time job with set hours. It could be a great fit for a retired RV enthusiast, someone looking to work just a few days a week or someone wanting to spend their time in an environment they thrive in. Responsibilities Conduct a detailed final walk-around with customers after the purchase of their RV. Demonstrate the operation of RV systems, appliances, controls, and features. Explain basic operation, maintenance, and care of the RV. Answer customer questions and make sure they feel comfortable and confident using their new RV. Identify and document customer concerns or questions and communicate them to the appropriate dealership department. Help resolve minor concerns when possible or ensure they are properly addressed before the customer leaves. Provide a friendly, professional, and welcoming customer experience. Ensure customers understand the basic operation and safety features of their RV. Maintain a positive attitude and represent Specialty RV professionally. Qualifications Previous RV experience is required. Strong knowledge of RV systems, appliances, and general operation. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Friendly, patient, and comfortable working one-on-one with customers. Ability to explain technical information in a simple, easy-to-understand manner. Detail-oriented and dependable. Comfortable answering questions and troubleshooting basic RV concerns. Must be able to work independently while communicating effectively with the dealership team. Schedule Part-time — 3 days per week Full- time 40 hours a week Saturdays required Ideal for a retired RV professional, RV enthusiast, or someone looking for limited part-time hours. Pay:
