Car Wash Technician Team Lead Pay:
Hourly compensation, determined by experience, technical skill level, and certifications. Summary The Car Wash Technician plays a critical role in maintaining the operational integrity and reliability of all car wash systems across convenient store locations and affiliated sites. This position ensures that equipment is fully functional, and capable of supporting daily customer traffic. Technicians are responsible for troubleshooting, equipment diagnosis, performing routine and preventative maintenance. Essential Functions Equipment Maintenance & Repair Perform routine inspections on car wash equipment to ensure proper function and safety. Complete timely repairs when equipment malfunctions, minimizing downtime and service interruptions. Troubleshooting & Diagnostics Identify, analyze, and resolve mechanical and electrical issues. Utilize diagnostic tools, wiring diagrams, and equipment manuals to pinpoint failures. Manual Labor & Site Support Carry out physically demanding tasks, including lifting, moving equipment, and material handling. Safety & Compliance Follow all safety regulations and best practices, including correct handling and storage of chemicals and materials per Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS). Document incidents or hazards and escalate issues appropriately to primary or secondary supervisors. Operational Responsibilities Participate in an on-call rotation to provide after-hours emergency support. Perform other related duties or special projects as assigned by management. - Understands and adheres to OSHA practices, chemical handling standards, and equipment safety requirements.

Adaptability / Flexibility
- Comfortable adjusting to new technologies, changing priorities, and evolving site needs. Capability with Technological Tools
- Skilled in using diagnostic software, mobile work-order systems, POS interface tools, and digital documentation platforms.
- Travel between sites is essential. In-person work location (Required)
