Part-Time Automotive Service Clerical Support Classic Hyundai , in Mentor, Ohio , is seeking a dependable, professional, and customer-focused Part-Time Service Clerical Support Representative to join our Service Department team. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, is comfortable spending significant time on the phone, and wants to become part of a successful automotive dealership organization. What You'll Do The Service Clerical Support Representative assists our Service Department by communicating with customers before and after their appointments.

Responsibilities include:

Contacting recent Service customers to follow up and ensure complete satisfaction Calling customers with upcoming appointments to provide courtesy reminders Contacting Service customers regarding maintenance and/or safety-related items that may require attention Providing professional and courteous customer service by phone Assisting the Service Department with additional clerical and customer follow-up duties as needed Please note: This is a phone-intensive position.
