About the Role Discount Tire Outlet is looking for reliable and skilled C-Level Automotive Technicians to join our teams at our North Canton and Massillon locations. If you take pride in your work, enjoy a steady Monday through Friday schedule, and want to grow with a shop that values its people, we want to hear from you. What You'll Do Perform tire installations, rotations, and repairs Conduct brake inspections, repairs, and replacements Perform wheel alignments Diagnose and repair steering and suspension systems Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment What We're Looking For C-Level technician certification or equivalent hands-on experience Proficiency in tires, brakes, alignments, and steering/suspension Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced shop environment Valid driver's license required What We Offer Competitive starting pay at $16/hour with pay based on experience Monday through Friday schedule — no weekends Health, dental, and vision insurance Stable, team-oriented work environment
