What You'll Do Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on Nissan and other makes/models Complete repairs efficiently and accurately according to manufacturer specifications Conduct vehicle inspections and identify needed repairs Maintain detailed repair documentation Work closely with service advisors and fellow technicians to deliver an outstanding customer experience Keep work areas clean and organized Stay current on automotive technology and repair procedures What We're Looking For Previous automotive technician experience required ASE certifications preferred but not required Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Ability to perform repairs independently Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Nissan experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate What We Offer Competitive flat-rate pay based on experience Consistent repair orders and earning potential Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid vacation Ongoing manufacturer and technical training 4 day work week Pay $70,000 - $120,000+ per year Compensation is based on experience, certifications, productivity, and performance.
