Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and motivated Automotive Body Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for repairing and restoring vehicles with precision and care, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and safety. Your expertise in auto body repair, welding, and fabrication will help us deliver exceptional service to our customers. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about automotive repair and dedicated to craftsmanship and excellence. Responsibilities Perform automotive structural repairs, including dent removal, sheet metal work, and frame straightening using advanced fabrication techniques. Utilize MIG welding, automotive welding equipment, plastic welding equipment, and welding repair skills to restore vehicle frames and panels. Install automotive parts including auto glass, bumpers, trim pieces, and other components with precision. Provide excellent customer service by communicating repair progress clearly and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process. Proven experience working as an automotive body technician or in a related automotive repair role Strong knowledge of automotive structural repair, auto body repair, sheet metal work, and auto restoration processes. Proficiency in MIG welding, soldering, fabrication repair techniques, and the use of automotive welding equipment. Mechanical knowledge of vehicle maintenance and automotive parts installation. Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, sanding tools, and other specialized equipment safely and effectively. Excellent attention to detail with a focus on automotive cosmetic repair and auto detailing. Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and stand for extended periods during repairs. Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service; familiarity with auto estimating is advantageous.

$23.00 - $28.00 per hour
