Fred Martin Superstore is looking for an Experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our busy service team. If you have at least 2 years of automotive Service Advisor experience and are comfortable working in CDK and Xtime , this is an opportunity to put your experience to work and earn a strong income. Our Service Advisors are compensated based on sales across all three labor types , creating a high-income earning opportunity for experienced, motivated advisors who know how to build customer relationships and maximize every service visit. What You'll Do Greet customers and provide a professional, friendly service experience from check-in through delivery. Listen to customers' concerns, accurately document vehicle needs, and recommend appropriate services and repairs. Conduct vehicle walkarounds and communicate inspection results and recommended repairs. Write accurate repair orders and estimates using CDK and Xtime . Communicate repair recommendations and technical information clearly and honestly to customers. Recommend maintenance and additional repairs based on the vehicle's condition and manufacturer recommendations. Work closely with technicians to ensure repairs are properly diagnosed, prioritized, and completed. Keep customers informed throughout the repair process and provide updates regarding additional work, costs, and completion times. Review completed repairs with customers and explain work performed and charges. Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records. Handle customer payments and other service department responsibilities as needed. Deliver an exceptional customer experience while meeting individual and department sales goals. Requirements Minimum 2 years of automotive Service Advisor experience required. CDK experience required. Xtime experience required. Dealership Service Advisor experience strongly preferred. Strong knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair services. Ability to understand and explain recommended repairs to customers. Proven ability to sell maintenance and repair services while maintaining customer trust. Strong customer service and communication skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume service environment. Strong computer and organizational skills. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Why This Opportunity?
