Full Job Description Automotive Mechanic & Shop Managers Hourly Pay is 20 - 30 dollars per hour. Flat Rate Commission paid per hours billed is 30-45 dollars per billed hours. Niese Tire & Service Center is a very busy automotive repair shop in Northwest Ohio. We are constantly growing and looking for automotive mechanics at our 6 locations (Ottawa, Findlay, Bluffton, Ada, Van Wert & Kenton). Routine maintenance such as oil changes, brakes, suspension and alignments. Engine and transmission replacements. Computer skills using our software for diagnostics. Requirements Must have your own tool box. Minimum of one year experience is needed. Dependable and able to maintain consistent attendance. Ability to work independently and with a team. Willingness to learn and continue developing automotive skills. Good communication and problem solving skills. Our Technicians get to experience numerous brands and various design differences.
