Job Description
The Vehicle Servicer prepares Laketran-owned vehicles for the next day's service. These duties include but are not limited to exterior and interior coach cleaning, fueling, adding oil and coolant, partially washes coaches by hand and sets up and operates automatic bus washers, coordinating with Operations and Fleet Maintenance staff, and completing associated paperwork. To perform essential tasks listed below, the worker will climb in and out of the vehicle (steps and/or ramps) up to seven times per vehicle, servicing up to 40 vehicles per shift. All other duties as assigned. A Vehicle Servicer must hold a valid Ohio Driver's License and maintain a clean driving record. This is a safety-sensitive position subject to FTA drug and alcohol testing regulations. Ability to obtain a DOT card is a must. Must be available to work hours 2nd shift Mon -Fri 3:30 pm-12:00 am OR Tues - Fri 3:30 pm-12:00 am and Saturdays 1:00 pm-9:30 pm.
