In this hands-on role, you'll inspect, troubleshoot, and repair small engines, sprayers, power washers, trailers, and fleet vehicles that support our exterior wood restoration projects. Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, recordkeeping, and on-site support for field crews. Ideal candidates have mechanical aptitude, small engine or automotive repair experience, strong safety focus, and enjoy working in a collaborative, outdoors-oriented environment.
