Job Summary:
Join our team at Ken Ganley Buick Gmc as a Lube Technician and be part of the fastest-growing dealership group in Northeast Ohio! As a Lube Technician, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional vehicle maintenance services to our valued customers.Duties:
- Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles based on customer concerns and service requests
- Perform basic maintenance tasks such as changing motor oil, rotating tires, and checking fluid levels
- Repair or replace worn-out parts and systems like spark plugs, wheel bearings, and brake pads
- Adhere to checklists to ensure comprehensive examination of all vehicle components
- Execute repairs with precision and accuracy to uphold quality standards
- Prioritize customer satisfaction by delivering top-notch service at all times
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- Basic computer skills are required for documentation purposes
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with team members and customers
