Position Overview Our available Automotive Mechanic position is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of vehicles while supporting shop operations, safety, and workflow. This is more than just a mechanic job—this is an opportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding franchise group opening multiple locations. What You'll Do Suspension, leveling and lift kit installation we feature Rough Country lift kits Tire & Wheel Installation and related services Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on vehicles Brake service, suspension work, and general mechanical repair Inspect vehicles and recommend needed services Maintain shop organization, tools, and equipment Assist in managing workflow and shop efficiency Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards What We're Looking For 3+ years automotive technician / mechanic experience (required) Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Experience with brakes, suspension, and general automotive repair Experience Installing Lift, lowering and Kits Alignment experience (With Hunter Equipment Preferred) Ability to mount and balance tires (preferred but not required) Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Strong work ethic and attention to detail Why Join RNR South Point Brand-new, modern shop with updated equipment Growth opportunity
