Greet customers and accurately identify their service needs. Prepare repair orders and communicate recommended services. Provide estimates, explain repairs, and keep customers updated throughout the service process. Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate vehicle repairs. Deliver an outstanding customer experience from vehicle drop-off to pick-up. Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with dealership processes.

Qualifications:

Previous automotive service advisor, customer service, or dealership experience preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills. Customer-focused with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships. Basic computer skills and experience with dealership management systems are a plus. Valid driver's license preferred.
