Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lube Technician to join our automotive service team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in vehicle maintenance and repair, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service. As a Lube Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and performance of our customers' vehicles by performing routine oil changes and other essential maintenance tasks. Duties Perform oil changes and fluid replacements to maintain vehicle performance. Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify any potential issues. Utilize power tools and equipment safely and effectively during service procedures. Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients about their vehicle's needs. Assist in aligning vehicles and performing basic automotive repairs as required. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency. Keep accurate records of services performed on each vehicle. Qualifications Previous experience as a Service Technician or in a similar role within an automotive dealership is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in automotive service and repair. Familiarity with oil change procedures and other routine maintenance tasks. Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Proficiency in using power tools and diagnostic equipment related to vehicle maintenance. Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. A valid driver's license is required; additional certifications in automotive service are a plus.
