Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Automotive Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in vehicle maintenance and repair. This role requires proficiency in using power tools, understanding automotive service procedures, and the ability to work with various automotive systems, including powertrain and Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS). The Automotive Technician will be responsible for diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and ensuring vehicles are safe and reliable for our customers. Responsibilities Perform routine vehicle maintenance, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues using schematics and diagnostic equipment. Conduct repairs on various automotive systems, including engines, transmissions, and electrical components. Align vehicles to manufacturer specifications to ensure optimal performance. Utilize power tools effectively for repairs and installations. Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols. Collaborate with service technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs. Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques. Experience Previous experience as an Automotive Technician or in a similar role is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in vehicle maintenance and repair. Familiarity with Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) is a plus. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams. Experience with welding techniques is advantageous but not required.
