Full Job Description Job Purpose:
•The Technician atVALLEY FORD TRUCKS
•MASTER is responsible for performing high-quality maintenance and repair services on a variety of truck models. This role is crucial in ensuring that all vehicles are serviced to meet safety and performance standards, thereby supporting the company's commitment to customer satisfaction and operational excellence.Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough inspections and diagnostics on trucks to identify mechanical issues. Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections. Repair and replace faulty parts and components, ensuring all work is completed to manufacturer specifications. Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and equipment to troubleshoot and resolve complex mechanical problems. Maintain accurate records of all services and repairs performed, ensuring compliance with company and industry standards. Collaborate with other technicians and service advisors to provide comprehensive service solutions. Stay updated with the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques through continuous learning and training. Ensure a clean, safe, and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations. Provide excellent customer service by clearly explaining repair needs and solutions to clients. Qualifications Education & Experience High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous experience working around vehicles, yards, or logistics environments preferred. Licensing & Requirements Valid driver's license required with a clean driving record. Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles preferred. Skills & Abilities Basic mechanical knowledge (starting vehicles, fluid checks, battery awareness). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
