We are a smaller dealership, so we value people who are reliable, experienced, hardworking, and take pride in their work. We're looking for someone who can work independently, diagnose problems accurately, and complete quality repairs without needing constant supervision. This is a great opportunity for a mechanic who wants their experience and productivity to directly impact their earnings. Compensation $20-$40 per Flat Rate Labor Hour , based on experience and skill 125% of standard labor time on qualifying repair jobs Paid based on labor hours assigned to each repair order Opportunity to earn more through productivity Great financing options on used vehicles purchased through Moeh Automotive What We Offer Steady work from our dealership inventory Variety of makes and models Opportunity to grow with a growing automotive business Respectful and team-oriented work environment Your experience and skills are valued Opportunity for long-term employment Employee vehicle purchase opportunities with great financing options Responsibilities Diagnose and repair a variety of vehicles Perform maintenance and mechanical repairs Identify problems accurately and recommend necessary repairs Complete repair orders efficiently and correctly Perform brake, suspension, steering, electrical, cooling, engine, and other automotive repairs Follow repair procedures and safety guidelines Properly document work performed on each repair order Maintain a clean and organized work area Communicate with management regarding vehicle condition, needed repairs, and parts Perform quality-control checks to ensure repairs are completed correctly Qualifications Previous professional automotive repair experience required Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Experience working on a variety of makes and models Ability to work independently Strong mechanical and problem-solving skills Reliable and dependable Takes pride in quality workmanship Ability to work efficiently without sacrificing quality Must have basic hand tools ASE certification is a plus, but experience and ability are highly valued Valid driver's license preferred We're Looking for Someone We Can Count On At a small dealership, every team member matters.
