Must have a strong focus on the customer's overall experience in both residential and commerical services. Our Field Technicians are knowledgeable of all installation and troubleshooting in the aspects of (Video, HSD and Digital Phone) from the customer's equipment to the service tap. Also having the ability to conduct maintenance and service to all our customers.
