In this energetic role, you will serve as the vital link between our valued clients and our skilled technicians, ensuring vehicle repairs and maintenance are communicated clearly, accurately estimated, and completed efficiently. Your mechanical knowledge and customer service skills will help build trust, foster loyalty, and keep vehicles running smoothly. Duties Greet customers warmly and listen attentively to understand their vehicle concerns and service needs Provide detailed explanations of recommended repairs and maintenance services using estimating software and auto service management tools Prepare accurate service estimates, including parts, labor, and additional charges, ensuring transparency with clients Upsell appropriate services such as oil changes, tire rotations, alignments, suspension work, brake repairs, shocks & struts, and collision repairs to maximize customer satisfaction and dealership revenue Coordinate with technicians to prioritize repairs based on urgency and availability while maintaining clear communication with clients throughout the process Skills Strong automotive diagnostics knowledge combined with mechanical experience to understand repair procedures thoroughly Proficiency in estimating software and auto service management systems for accurate quoting and documentation Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and confidently Experience in GM dealership settings or collision repair environments is highly preferred Ability to upsell services effectively while maintaining integrity and customer trust Mechanical knowledge of vehicle maintenance including oil changes, tire services, alignments, suspension work, brake repairs, shocks & struts Familiarity with automotive repair processes such as auto estimating, service writing, automotive diagnostics Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Join us today if you're ready to accelerate your career in automotive service!
