• $20 Per Hour Accel Automotive & Tire is looking for a friendly, outgoing Front Counter Assistant to join our team.

This position is one of the first and last interactions our customers have with Accel, so we're looking for someone who can create a warm, welcoming, and positive atmosphere from the moment a customer walks through the door or calls our shop. Automotive experience is not required. We're much more interested in finding someone with a great personality, strong communication skills, and a genuine desire to take care of people.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers as they enter the shop Answer incoming phone calls in a friendly and professional manner Schedule customer appointments Assist customers with vehicle drop-off and pickup Cash customers out and process payments Perform follow-up service calls and customer callbacks Help customers with basic questions and direct them to the appropriate team member Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front counter and customer area Assist the Service Advisor and Store Manager with daily customer service tasks Help ensure every customer leaves with a positive impression of
