We maintain and recondition our own used-vehicle inventory and need a technician who can inspect vehicles, diagnose problems, make quality repairs, and keep cars moving through the shop. This is a good position for a technician who prefers a straightforward independent-shop environment and wants steady automotive work. Responsibilities Inspect used vehicles and identify needed repairs Perform general mechanical diagnosis and repair Brake and suspension repairs Steering and chassis work Cooling-system repairs Tune-ups and general engine performance work Electrical diagnosis and repair Maintenance services Pre-sale vehicle inspections Reconditioning newly acquired inventory Verify repairs and perform quality-control inspections What We're Looking For We want someone who can diagnose and repair vehicles , not simply replace parts.

Ideal candidates will have:

Professional automotive repair experience Strong mechanical and diagnostic ability Ability to work independently Their own basic hand tools Valid driver's license Good attendance and dependability Ability to complete work efficiently without sacrificing quality ASE certification is a plus but is not required for the right technician.
