We're looking for technicians at multiple skill levels — from a developing B/C-level technician with a solid foundation to an experienced A-level technician with strong diagnostic abilities. Who We're Looking For We're open to different experience levels. B/C-Level Technician You don't need to be a master technician to work here. If you have a good mechanical foundation, can handle general repairs, and want to continue developing your skills, we'd like to meet you.

Experience may include:

General maintenance and repair Brakes Steering and suspension Cooling systems Engine and drivetrain repairs Vehicle inspections Basic electrical diagnosis and repair Using professional diagnostic equipment and repair information If you can handle most general repairs independently but are still developing your advanced diagnostic skills, don't let that stop you from applying. A-Level / Diagnostic Technician Already an experienced technician looking for a better opportunity? We're also interested in technicians with advanced abilities in: Electrical diagnosis Drivability Advanced troubleshooting Engine performance Complex mechanical repairs Diagnostic equipment and scan tools Efficiently diagnosing and repairing difficult problems If you're the technician other people turn to when a vehicle is difficult to diagnose, we want to talk to you. ASE certifications are a plus, but not required. Pay & Opportunity $25-$50 per hour based on experience, skill level, and ability. We aren't expecting a developing technician and an experienced A-level diagnostic technician to bring the same skill set — and we don't expect to pay them the same either. If you're developing your skills and have a good foundation, there's room to grow with us. If you're a solid B-level technician who can handle most general repairs independently, we'll compensate you accordingly. And if you're an experienced A-level technician with advanced diagnostic, electrical, drivability, and repair abilities, we're prepared to pay for that level of talent. Performance bonuses are available in addition to regular pay.
