Job Description
Job Overview We are a reputable tire and automotive company seeking a skilled and dedicated Automotive Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of vehicles to ensure optimal performance and safety. This role involves hands-on work in a fast-paced environment, providing excellent service to our customers through expert automotive care. Duties Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, and fluid replacements. Diagnose mechanical issues using diagnostic tools, Autel Scanner and equipment. Repair or replace faulty parts including engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension components, and tires. Conduct safety inspections to ensure vehicles meet industry standards and regulations. Keep detailed records of repairs and maintenance performed on each vehicle. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of service tasks. Maintain a clean and organized work environment adhering to safety protocols. Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs and maintenance needs clearly Requirements Proven experience as an automotive technician, preferably within a tire and automotive service environment. Strong knowledge of vehicle systems, diagnostics, and repair techniques. Ability to use diagnostic tools and repair equipment effectively. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Good communication skills to interact with team members and customers professionally. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining safety standards. Certification from an accredited automotive technician program is advantageous but not mandatory.
