What We Offer Full schedule of customer appointments Signing bonus for experienced flat-rate technicians Paid Time Off beginning in year one (12,16, 20 days annually) Competitive wages and monthly production bonus 401(k) with Company match Full complement of insurance benefits Paid parental leave Proud training organization eager to help team members develop and grow with the company Responsibilities Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership and manufacturer standards Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment Diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc. Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed. Providing an estimate of time needed for additional repairs Qualifications We hire professionals with previous automotive service experience, but we LOVE to train and develop new technicians ASE certifications are ideal Strong automotive background with experience working flat-rate Strong teamwork skills Candidate should have tools necessary for the duties of the position Come see why #1 Cochran is the automotive dealership for you!
