Job Description
RV Technician - Bell Camper Sales (Bartlesville, OK) About Us Bell Camper Sales is a family-owned RV dealership—no corporate red tape, no high-pressure environment, and a supportive team that values quality workmanship and customer service. We are growing and looking to add a full-time RV Technician to our service department. Job Summary The RV Technician will diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of RV systems including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and structural components. Experience with RVs is helpful but not required—what matters most is a solid mechanical background and a strong work ethic. We provide training and support to help you grow into a skilled RV technician. Schedule Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Occasional Saturdays (about once a month) No Sundays Responsibilities Diagnose and repair RV systems (plumbing, 12V/110V electrical, HVAC, appliances, slide-outs, roofs, etc.) Perform routine maintenance services Complete pre-delivery inspections (PDI) on sold units Communicate repair needs with service advisors Maintain a clean and organized work area Provide high-quality, customer-focused workmanship What We're Looking For Mechanical/technical background (required) RV experience (preferred but not required) Ability to lift 50 lbs Comfortable working in a shop environment Must have basic tools (specialty tools provided) Reliable, motivated, and able to work independently or with a team Compensation Training pay: $15/hour (first few weeks if needed) Post-training pay: $20-$30 per flat-rate hour , based on experience and skill Steady year-round work with strong flat-rate hours Benefits Health, Dental, and Vision insurance (after 60 days) 401(k) eligibility (after 1 year) Employee discounts on parts and accessories Family-owned, low-stress, supportive work environment Opportunities for advancement into Senior Tech or Lead Tech roles How to Apply You can apply directly through Indeed, stop by the dealership, or call us with questions.
