If you are currently working as an RV technician at another dealership or repair shop, we are prepared to match or beat your current pay based on your experience, skills, and certifications. All compensation discussions will be kept confidential. We have steady, year-round work, a supportive service team, and opportunities for experienced technicians to advance into Senior Technician or Lead Technician positions. Position Summary We are looking for an experienced RV Service Technician who can confidently diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide variety of recreational vehicles. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with multiple RV systems and be able to complete repairs efficiently while maintaining a high standard of workmanship. Schedule Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Approximately one Saturday per month No Sundays Full-time, year-round position Responsibilities Diagnose and repair RV plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance, propane, and structural systems Troubleshoot 12-volt and 120-volt electrical issues Repair slide-outs, leveling systems, roofs, sealants, awnings, and other RV components Perform routine maintenance and preventative services Complete pre-delivery inspections on sold RVs Document completed work and communicate repair needs with service advisors Work efficiently while maintaining quality and safety standards Keep your work area clean, safe, and organized Provide customer-focused workmanship that represents Bell Camper Sales well Qualifications Previous professional RV service or repair experience Strong diagnostic and mechanical abilities Experience with several RV systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, propane, roofing, or slide-outs Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic Valid driver's license and dependable transportation Ability to lift at least 50 pounds Basic hand tools required; specialty tools are provided RVTI, manufacturer, or other industry certifications are a plus Compensation We will match or beat the current pay of qualified, experienced RV technicians coming from another RV dealership or repair shop Compensation is based on experience, skill level, certifications, and productivity Typical flat-rate compensation ranges from $20-$30 per flagged hour Strong opportunity to flag steady hours throughout the year Short training or evaluation period may apply depending on experience Benefits Health insurance after 60 days Dental insurance Vision insurance Paid time off 401(k) eligibility after one year 401(k) matching Employee discounts on parts and accessories Opportunities to advance into Senior Technician or Lead Technician roles Supportive, family-owned work environment No corporate red tape Why Work at Bell Camper Sales?
