Job Description
Experienced RV Service Technician Bell Camper Sales of Tulsa - Catoosa, Oklahoma Bell Camper Sales is a family-owned RV dealership that has been in business since 1967. We are looking for an experienced RV Service Technician to join our Tulsa-area service team in Catoosa. We offer steady, year-round work, a supportive team, and no corporate red tape. Qualified technicians currently working at another dealership or repair shop may be eligible to have their current pay matched or exceeded. All pay discussions are confidential. Schedule Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Approximately one Saturday per month No Sundays Full-time, year-round position Job Duties Diagnose and repair RV electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliance, propane, roof, slide-out, and leveling systems Perform maintenance and pre-delivery inspections Document completed work and communicate additional repair needs Maintain a clean and safe work area Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining quality standards Qualifications Professional RV repair experience preferred Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic Valid driver's license and dependable transportation Ability to lift at least 50 pounds Basic hand tools required; specialty tools are provided RV certifications are helpful but not required Pay Typical flat-rate pay ranges from $25-$60 per flagged hour , based on experience, skills, certifications, and productivity We may match or beat the current pay of qualified RV technicians Paid training is available if needed Advancement opportunities are available for qualified technicians Benefits Health insurance eligibility after 60 days Dental and vision insurance Paid time off 401(k) eligibility after one year 401(k) matching Employee discounts Supportive, family-owned work environment Apply through Indeed, stop by Bell Camper Sales of Tulsa in Catoosa, or call us with any questions.
