Automotive Service Tech/Mechanic

The Automotive Service Tech/Mechanic is the backbone within the shop, as they diagnose and service our clients vehicles. Additionally, Automotive Service Techs are accountable for personal safety, consistant training, accuracy of work. You will walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist, etc. for extended periods of time and perform activities involving holding, grasping, pulling and turning You may need to work in hot/cold weather conditions Always be alert and aware of your surroundings Must be able to lift up to fifty (50) pounds Need to have reliable transportation

• Should be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license.
• Should be experienced and comfortable speaking with customers and other employees.
• Criminal background check required.
• Should have at least one year of previous mechanical experience.
• Retail and/or automotive experience preferred.
• Should possess personal hygiene and professional appearance standards.
• Should be able to work weekends, including Friday, Saturday closed Sunday
• Will come in direct contact with cleaning materials and fumes from vehicles in the bay.
• Must be able to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
