Full-Time Immediate Hire Position Overview We are seeking a individual to join our team in a full-time role. This position supports daily shop operations, field operations, equipment upkeep, and general mechanical tasks. The ideal candidate is reliable, self‑motivated, and able to work independently while maintaining a strong work ethic. Key Responsibilities Works safely and efficiently, following company policies and procedures. Troubleshoots and performs repairs on equipment in the shop and field. Repairs and troubleshoots small gas and diesel engines as well larger engines such as Cummins, Detroit, and CAT. Perform full preventive maintenance according to the equipment schedule. Documentation of all maintenance and repairs performed. Troubleshoot and repair engines, after-treatment systems, fuel systems, HVAC, brakes, lights, 12V systems, and airbrake systems. Utilize diagnostic tools and software to troubleshoot. Ability to interpret wiring diagrams to diagnose and repair all electrical systems. Maintains a safe work area Other duties as assigned when needed or required. Pay:
