Automotive Technician Enid Super Lube is hiring an Automotive Technician to join our team. This position focuses on preventive maintenance, vehicle inspections, and customer service in a fast-paced automotive shop. We're looking for someone who is mechanically inclined, dependable, good with people, and understands what they're looking at on a vehicle. What You'll Do Perform oil changes and preventive maintenance services Inspect vehicles from above and underneath Check and test fluids, including drivetrain fluids Inspect filters, belts, hoses, steering and suspension components Identify visible leaks, worn components, damage, and other mechanical concerns Understand vehicle components well enough to recognize where a concern may be coming from Complete digital vehicle inspections with photos and accurate findings Perform fluid exchanges, fuel-system maintenance, filters, and other preventive maintenance services Follow proper torque and quality-control procedures Communicate inspection findings clearly with the team When trained and approved, educate customers directly about inspection findings and recommended maintenance Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe Step in wherever needed to keep vehicles moving efficiently All technicians are cross-trained throughout our operation rather than permanently assigned to one position. What We're Looking For You don't have to be a master technician, but you do need mechanical aptitude and automotive knowledge.

The right person will:

Have automotive or mechanical experience Understand basic engine, drivetrain, steering, and suspension components Recognize common leaks and abnormal conditions Be dependable, punctual, and ready to work when scheduled Have strong customer-service and communication skills Be comfortable speaking with customers Take pride in doing things correctly Work well as part of a team Follow established procedures Be willing to learn and take on additional responsibility Our Culture We're building a team where "that's not my job" isn't the mindset.
